Rubberband Olympics

Thank you to all who participated in FHE this week. The field trip to the Robins was unforgettable.
The Lesson-uplifting. Thank you Sarah.
The Food-oh so tasty. Tacos have become a tradition.
The Company- Well, you already know how rad our family is...& they just got more rad.
The Activity-Let's take a look:

The Gold medal goes to NICK!!!
Please imagine his victory dance taking place in this photo
& please note Evan in the background (I cannot tell if he is rambunctiously cheering, is jealously attacking Nick, or still competing)

The competition was fierce!

Joel would not give up.

Some say the chin was the hardest part.

Sorry to those that could not attend. We miss you, we love you, we hope to see you next week.

Family Home Evening Field Trip

We will be taking a family field trip to the Robbins' house tomorrow for FHE! I won't spoil any surprises; just know that it will be faaaantaaastic. I don't mean to throw our typical schedule off but this Monday we will be meeting at 7:00 at club 440 (440N 300E), there we will hug & then travel as a family to the Robbins.

We've got a couple family testimonials of prior Robbins FHE Field Trips.

"FHE at the Robbins was one of the greatest experiences of my life. Time just flew by & I soon found myself lingering afterwards, watching old videos of me with bleached hair. I cannot wait for FHE at the Robbins!"- Levi

"OOOOoooooooh, the tacos, you'll never have anything like 'em."-Evan

Soon as I get my hands on a map, I'll post it just in case you can't caravan with us.

We love you.

Hugs were given, dances were danced.

Pictures have overtaken my words.
All I can say is if you didn't make it to FHE this week, that is a shame.

Do not mess.

We took things to a whole new level as we started to JERK.

I'm sure we all looked like this at some point
Thank you to all who helped out & participated.
A special thank you to Angela & Jeremy for their expert dance lessons & thank you to Mike for Jerking. Thank you family for an extremely enjoyable FHE.
Please don't sprain an ankle while trying to practice the pin drop.

We've got a lot to prepare for...

Valentines Day, The Cinderella Ball, Swooning Lovers; so let's learn to dance!

We would love to see you at FHE tomorrow night. We will be meeting at Carter's house (440 N 300E) at 7:15. We will then relocate to the Smith Fieldhouse rm 191, where we will be given dancing lessons. Also, in celebration of Valentine's Day, we are having a "wear as much red & pink as possible" contest! If there was ever an FHE you were considering missing, it WOULD NOT be this one. We cannot wait to prepare with you.

it seems as if a habit is being formed

a habit of purposefuly creating, & then embracing, awkward situations.

Thank you for all that attended this week's fhe, and thank you to the CLUB 440 boys for hosting our family.

Once again, I did not take any pictures (those acting during our activity are probably very grateful). Maybe me not taking pictures builds up the curiousity of the bomb-dig time that we all have at FHE.

Start looking for your dancing shoes because this coming FHE is going to be groovin.
